ProjectThe Woodfibre LNG Project is located approximately 7 km west-southwest of Squamish, British Columbia. It involves the construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility on the previous Woodfibre pulp mill site, which would have a storage capacity of 250,000 m3 and would produce approximately 2.1 million tons per year of LNG.Woodfibre Management Ltd. is a privately held Canadian company based in Vancouver and a subsidiary of Pacific Energy Corporation Limited.PositionThe Maintenance Planner is an integral part of Woodfibre LNG’s dynamic team. You will plan, schedule, create and maintain mandated maintenance plans which are accurate in scope, timing, costs and HSSE aspects in line with short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance execution planning, alignment, and prioritization aspirations of Woodfibre LNG. You will ensure timely execution of maintenance work through optimized resource utilization by scheduling with logical approach to identify labour, materials and services and you will foster a solid relationship with maintenance execution, operations, warehouse, logistics and engineering teams respectively to prioritize the WPSE process (work planning scheduling and execution) to minimize cost. This role also supports project commissioning activities for maintenance discipline and align priorities for TA / SD Maintenance Execution. The successful candidate reports directly to The Head Maintenance Planning and Scheduling and will play an essential part in supporting the company’s transition from the construction phase through to steady state operation.
