We are currently seeking a Production Analyst to join our team.The Production Analyst will lead, implement and manage a consistent and safe approach to production, sales and inventory reconciliation as well as BOM/Recipe creations for all ready mix and aggregate sites in the Sea to Sky region.This will be accomplished through variant daily/bi-weekly and monthly monitoring and adjustments of inventory and production metrics at all plants as well as continuous communication with production, sales, quality and finance. She/he will also work with all departments to help drive plant efficiencies and reduce operating costs.The Production Analyst will primarily interface with the Finance and Production Managers - but will have regular interactions with other members of the Sea to Sky team such as the Operations, Quality, and Sales. The Production Analyst will be responsible for all BOM creation/management, finished goods, and share in the accountability for short product and long inventory.Safety Leadership:
