Job Description

Client Partner - Technology Industry AccountSlalom seeks a San Francisco / Bay area-based Client Partner to join our Global Account team to expand Slalom #39;s brand within an established Technology client. You will work closely with the account, industry, and capability leaders to establish Slalom as thequot;go-to quot; consulting partner for transformation projects across business and technology. The Client Partner will engage with colleagues throughout Slalom to introduce thought leadership, create winning proposals, and deliver superlative work, thereby growing Slalom #39;s consulting footprint with existing customers and opening doors to new ones. This leader will also deliver solutions that enhance our transformation story and build on our strong foundation with our current strategicamp; emerging partners.What You #39;ll Do:

  • Your purpose will be to help people and organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows for all.
  • Global Client Management:
  • Client Relationships: Work closely with Sales Leaders, Capability Leaders, and Delivery Leaders to build and enhance relationships at the CXO/VP/GM level.
  • Engagement Management: Work with client executives and leaders to successfully deliver complex engagements, playing the roles of either Engagement Lead, Accountable Executive or Subject Matter Expert. As a trusted advisor, bring new perspectives and thought leadership to the engagement, thereby improving Slalom #39;s transformational Customer Love score.
  • Portfolio Management: Lead a portfolio of relationships and engagements at a Business Unit/functional level across geographical markets.
  • Global Account Leadership:
  • Account Strategyamp; Execution: Create account strategy across Business Units, capabilities, geographical markets and ISV Partners, and drive execution of the strategy.
  • Business Development: Drive innovative proposals with pursuit teams, from early-stage opportunity identification to co-developing solutions with clients and negotiation and closing of opportunities.
  • People Leadership: Influence a matrixed organization to grow Slalom #39;s footprint at the client. Directly manage or mentor leaders across client services, sales, and capability leadership to improve employee satisfaction at the account.
  • Financial Management: Drive growth and profitability at the account by managing financials at the engagement and portfolio levels. Work with client stakeholders and Procurement organizations to strike the right balance.
About You
  • Minimum of 10 years of consulting services experience, selling and delivering strategic and transformational engagements
  • Relevant experience managing to utilization targets.
  • Hands-on contract negotiation experience with MSA #39;s,amp; SOW #39;s
  • Experience managing the performance of individual consultants, either direct reports and/or as members of project team
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Superlative writing and story-telling skillsamp; experience creating highly polished content for client executives.
  • Skilled in on-the-ground delivery, governance, and quality assurance of all sold/managed engagements.
  • Deep experience in one or two industry/functional domains including the ability to bring in best practices to specific client situations.

The base salary pay range for this position is $192,000 to $307,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual #39;s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
