Job Description

DIETARY-AIDE The Foyer Richelieu Welland is a non-profit institution that provides French-speaking people with superior quality services for long-term care needs. Join a team of change and help make a difference in the lives of our seniors and their families.The Dietary-Aide, under the direction of the Nutrition Manager, will provide food services to residents and assist them in carrying out the daily activities described by the Kitchen Department in accordance with all required internal and external standards of practice.RESPONSABILIES

  • Prepares during his shift the setting up of food and condiments as well as table service
  • Serves residents who are not self-sufficient or who request it in the dining room or other designated areas.
  • Performs required tasks at the end of his/her shift
  • Offers quality service to residents
  • All other related duties
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Ability to communicate verbally in English and French.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Work in High Speed Environment
  • Ability to maintain resident confidentiality.
