Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience as a help desk technician and/or customer support role.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility with hours of operation.
