Job Description

Seapark Industrial Glove Recycling (“Seapark”) is an innovative company located in the Niagara Region focused on environmentally friendly cleaning solutions for our customer’s needs. Seapark is a market leader in industrial laundry which includes the cleaning of gloves, shop towels, uniforms, and more. We are currently looking to hire a Full-Time Machine Operator to join our growing company!SummaryReporting to the Plant Manager, our Machine Operator is responsible for completing the safe operation and maintenance of all plant machinery. To effectively and efficiently clean required equipment, products, and contracts, as well as loading and unloading our shipping/receiving trailers. Our machine operators are fast-paced, innovative individuals who are dedicated team players for our work environment.Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school education (or equivalent) is required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Able to follow detailed process instructions under tight deadlines.
  • Be diligent and have strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a team-based environment.
Hours of Work
  • Hours of work are set to Monday to Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Overtime may be required when notified - overtime paid after 40 working hours
Physical Demands
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Moving, lifting, carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 200 lbs
  • Bending, using lower back strength to unload deep cages and/or bins
  • Handling of different materials
  • Repetitive movements/tasks are required
