Our company #39;s success is driven by our dynamic, highly-skilled and innovative management team, supported by dedicated employees who live in coastal communities and contribute to the local area #39;s economy and sense of community.The RoleAs a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Production Supervisor to our team of professionals. This is a Monday to Friday day shift position. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the successful candidate will:- Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction to the operational/production staff.- Be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met- Have excellent people management and communication skills to build effective staff and organizational relationships- Possess a high attention to detail and quality, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet cost and schedule requirementsThe ideal candidate will have experience in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and should possess a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience completed by above average computer skills.
