Here, you can: shape the future of insurance, win as a team, and grow with us.About the roleWe’re looking for a Bilingual CMS Adjuster to join our growing team!We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide brilliant service by facilitating prompt and equitable settlements of travel and credit card claims. As a CMS Adjuster, you must have the ability to act decisively and work with a high degree of autonomy. This role requires flexibility to work shifts between Monday - Saturday 7am EST to 8pm EST.What you’ll do here:Provide flexible and principled claims adjusting of travel and credit card claims.Deliver awesome customer service to customers and colleagues.Contribute to team success by consistently leveraging RSA best practices.Achieve greatness through your awesome productivity.Building relationships in a dynamic cultureEmpowerment to challenge status quo, do the right thing in getting the job doneTo exceed targets on all standard quality assurance expectations through call monitoring, phone statistics and file auditsContribute to team success by consistently leveraging RSA Brand Beliefs and best practicesQualificationsWhat you bring to the table:Bilingualism English and French is necessary for this role.This role requires flexibility to work shifts between Monday - Saturday 7am EST to 8pm EST.Insurance industry experience is beneficial but not necessary.1 year experience in a call centre environment (in a queue) is preferred.1 year experience in claims handling is preferred.Successfully completed the C11 – Principles and Practices of Insurance course and continue to work towards your CIP designation is preferredStrong time management, negotiation and problem solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes.Post secondary education in a related discipline.CIP designation in progress or willingness to enroll.Here are a few reasons why others have joined our team:An award-winning, inspiring workplace that supports its people and recognizes great workStimulating, challenging projects and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and careerClosing StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity EmployerAt Intact, our value of Respect is founded on seeing diversity as a strength, being inclusive and fostering collaboration.
