As an Insurance Service Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update information in our agency management system.
  • Process policy endorsements and renewals, accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage options, and claims.
  • Generate quotes and facilitate policy issuance.
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance products based on client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Insurance licensure (or willingness to obtain) is a requirement.
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
