Job DescriptionNorth Star Windowsamp; Doors is seeking a highly motivated individual with a safety mindset and commitment to growth to join our Production Team.As a valued member of our Production team, duties would include but not limited to assembling, fabricating, and inspecting windows and doors, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications while operating machinery and tools safely. You will review orders, prep materials using power tools, hand tools, saws/automated welders. You will assemble various parts of windows and doors, including frames, glass panel installation, hardware (hinges, locks, handles), and seals, sealed unit glazing, screen fit, assembly, packaging, and other various tasks. You will operate machinery and tools, such as saws, pneumatic drills, to fabricate and assemble components. You will inspect finished products for defects. You may also be involved in preparing products for shipment by labeling, packing, and loading.You will be required to keep your workstation and surrounding area clean and organized which is essential for safety and efficiency. You will be required to follow direction of leadership and continuously verify quality through measurement. You will adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
