  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to promote social interaction and well-being.
  • Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands as needed.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health status to the care management team.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive personalized care that meets their individual needs.
Qualifications:
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.
  • Reliable and dependable with strong work ethics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new caregivers.
