You will ensure that all contracts are compliant with legal standards and protect the company’s interests, while also managing relationships with vendors and clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and renewal.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
  • Resolve any disputes or issues related to contracts.
  • Work closely with legal, procurement, and business teams to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
