Our company is currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic Consumer Care Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening and customer service skills, as well as the ability to solve problems effectively.Responsibilities:
  • Provide dependable internet and computer equipment including monitor, processor, keyboard, mouse and headset
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- English
  • Strong time management skills
  • Organized, detail orientated and with exceptional follow-through
  • Clear and professional phone voice
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies
  • Proficient with computers and software, especially with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Teams
  • Strong skills in the use of Microsoft excel and word
  • Adaptability and accountability
  • Aptitude for working under pressure and achieving targets
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$17.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
