Job Description

Location Administrator- Temporary Position!Crop Management Network Inc. (CMN) is Alberta’s largest independent, full service Ag retail. CMN provides quality crop input products, progressive solutions and valued services that contribute to higher crop yields and the sustainability of agriculture.Based out of the Stettler, AB location; the Administrator directs office activities including, ordering supplies, providing front line customer service, report and document preparation, accounts receivable, data management, gathering payroll, and inventory management.Responsibilities:

  • Handle the locations accounts receivables
  • Ensure all inventory is real time and current by entering inventory receipts when product is delivered.
  • Coordinate customer pick-up/internal transfers of product.
  • Produces monthly accurate customer statements
  • Collect customer payments
  • Conduct a monthly reconciliation of cheques, third party financing, credit card clearing based on the location
  • Answer telephones, greet visitors, meet with clients, and handle business and administrative details.
Experience:
  • Ability to multi-task, complete work timely and accurately, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous accounting/administrative background an asset
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and people skills, both written and oral
  • Proven strong computer skills including all Microsoft applications (Word, Teams, Excel and Outlook)
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
Position Status: Temporary Full TimeTerm: Approx 2-4 monthsStart Date: ASAPWage: Based on experience; overtime appliesJob Types: Full-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 6 monthsSalary: From $22.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift

Experience:
  • administrative: 2 years (preferred)
