Your Opportunity:The AHS Infection Prevention and Control program is seeking an Infection Control Practitioner (ICP) to join our team. This is a 6 month temporary positions who will work with the IPC team focusing on the COVID-19 response across the zone and connect with the team in reviewing best practice, advising in IPC measures and supporting staff in IPC practices focused on patient safety and infection prevention. Outbreak management, patient contact tracing and follow-up, and IPC consultation on pandemic ICP measures will be priority tasks of this role. The successful candidate will receive training on these aspects. Some travel to sites is a part of this position.
