Job Description

​ ​ RSG International is a North American leader in the road safety sector, formed by combining industry-leading road safety businesses across North America. This includes Powell Contracting, Pivot Safety Products, the Northward Group, B amp;K Enterprises, and Dimensional Products.Reporting to the CFO, the Consolidationamp; Compliance Manager will be responsible for the consolidation of the RSG International’s portfolio of companies as well as performing internal audit and compliance testing, ensuring proper application of ASPE, IFRS, and US GAAP.Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, cash flow analysis, budgeting and forecasting including intercompany elimination entries, foreign exchange translations, and reconciliation to common accounting standards.
  • Assist with monthly management reporting for the Executive Leadership Team
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the RSG International finance policies and procedures
  • Perform regular internal audits on all RSG International companies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, government regulations, and internal control procedures.
  • Prepare internal audit reports for CFO
  • Assist with the integration of new acquisitions into the accounting process.
  • Assist the CFO with any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • CPA designation is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant accounting/financial experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, ASPE, and US GAAP.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex technical accounting material.
  • Confidence with intercompany transactions, revaluation, muti-currency consolidations, and financial reporting.
  • Must have advanced MS Excel skills
