Job Description

​ ​ RSG International is a global leader in the road safety sector, whose business units cover all facets of road safety infrastructure, including construction and installation, new product development, product distribution, and auxiliary services.Job SummaryReporting to the Senior Manager of Communications and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote our road safety products and services. This role will involve managing our online presence across social media, email, and digital advertising channels, aiming to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for delivering creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience, including construction companies, municipalities, and other stakeholders in road safety.Responsibilities

  • Manage social media, including editorial planning, content creation, and community management.
  • Coordinate website development and content management, including content creation and updates.
  • Assist in the creation and curation of newsletter content.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce photography and video content for RSG International websites and social media platforms.
  • Support the implementation of CRM platforms RSG International businesses.
  • Assist in the redevelopment and migration of websites.
  • Analyze and report on website and social media performance.
  • Support internal and executive communications.
  • Assist with external communications, including crisis communications, reputation management, and public relations.
  • Contribute to the implementation of communication strategies across RSG International and its business units.
  • Support marketing and brand strategy development.
  • Assist in M amp;A brand integration.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments, subsidiaries, and/or geographic locations.
  • Perform other duties related to marketing, communications, and multimedia content creation as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a hands-on digital marketing role working in a highly collaborative environment
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business/Commerce, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable items.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Intermediate skills in copywriting and copyediting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Experience with photography, videography, and graphic design.
