Crescent Point strives to create sustainable, value-added growth in reserves, production, and cash flow through the execution of management’s integrated strategy of acquiring and developing reserves.Job Title: Material Control AdministratorLocation: Stoughton, SaskatchewanTerm: Temporary, full-time (6-month term)Reports to: Manager, Capital Accounting and Materials ManagementThe Material Control Administrator will be responsible for the handling of paperwork and associated data entry or all inventory movements in the pipe yard. This position involves receiving pipe orders, dealing with transport drivers, Crescent Point consultants or other Crescent Point Personnel and yard operators to ensure that proper paperwork is supplied and material movements are tracked accordingly in yard inventory systems.Main Responsibilities & Activities:

• Receive and organize orders in the yard and assist with proper loading and unloading information of inventory in a timely manner.
• Efficiently maintain inventory of tubing and casing orders in Quickbooks or other inventory management systems.
• Provide Crescent Point Head Office with monthly inventory bookings related to pipe and matting.
• Reconcile monthly charges and or inventory movements.
• Provide backup or explanation of charges related to material movements.
• Assist crews during inventory inspections or inventory counts.
• Monitor and ensure safety practices are being followed by all personnel in pipe yard.
• Perform other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Experience utilizing QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude, who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals.
• Previous oil and gas experience would be an asset
• Knowledge of tubulars would be an asset
• Loader ticket would be an asset
• Ability to lift 50lbs would be an asset
