Working within existing procedures to strengthen operational effectiveness through adherence to the sales process.Responsibilities:- Works with the Sales teams and inputs their deals into CERES and get the info back to them as soon as possible- Use DOCU SIGN with CERES for eSignature- Use eSignature with JD Quote for a paperless transaction.- Works with the sales team to help make their paperwork flow in a timely manor- Assist with store transfers of equipment- Manage the Inventory Audits at the location- Responsible for the new and used equipment yard layout- Responsible to updated used equipment pictures at the location- Assist manager in some of the day-to-day sales tasks- Maintain knowledge on equipment sold at dealership- Remains current on changes to sales processes and procedures as changes are made and communicates changes to sales team as neededExperience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:- 3+ years equipment sales experience- Knowledge of equipment operations and uses- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions- Excellent customer relationship skills- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience- Valid drivers license- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Professional, Accurate, Articulate- Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamCompany Advantages:We offer full-time employment, an opportunity for advancement within a progressive organization and a competitive compensation package which includes salary, family health benefits, and company pension plan!We are now offering a personal finance training program through Enriched Academy for all our employees (https://www.enrichedacademy.com/).Please apply today!Job Type: Full-timeQuick Apply
