Job Description

The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in managing the operation during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service and people. The Assistant Manager operates under the direction of the RGM, within a managemnent team and directly manages a shift of Team Members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Profitability

  • Follow all cash control and security procedures.
  • Maintain inventory by performing bi-weekly product orders.
  • Recieves and inspects deliveries.
Guest Service
  • Motivates and directs Team Memebers to exceed guest expectations with accurate , fast and friendly service.
People
  • Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant teams capabilities and raise restaurant performance.
Operations
  • Leads by their own good example.
  • Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products within established speedof service guidelines.
  • Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must live in or be prepared to commute to Strahroy.
  • Must have SIN and be legally permitted to work in Canada.
  • Strong customer service/hospitality skills
  • Flexible availability that includes dayshifts, afternoon shifts, weekends and holidays
