Job DescriptionBlueWater Trailers in Strathroy is hiring a Receptionist/Sales Support Administrator:DutiesAnswer incoming phone calls – transfer sales calls, transfer service callsGreet and direct customers who walk into officeMaintain and order office suppliesComplete paperwork including warranty registrations, license, safety documentsReceive payments from customers, mailed in cheques, wired fundsMaintain and update sales materialsMaintain data spreadsheetsAdvertising:Take photos and/or videos of trailers for advertisingMaintain and update adsPost content on Facebook including sold trailers, specials, holidays closures, announcementsInventory:Receive loads and complete incoming paperworkAssist with customer pick-ups as requiredEducation RequirementNot Applicable Experience RequirementHigh school diploma plus office/reception experienceA friendly nature and reliableProficient in windows MS Office (Word, Excel), Outlook and databasesAttention to detailWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsWorking knowledge of mail processes such as courier and regular mailExcellent time management and organizational skills, able to effectively coordinate, and prioritize work to meet deadlinesAble to work in a fast paced environment and can adapt to changing prioritiesWilling to take directionWilling to learn new tasksWork well with othersMust have a valid driver’s licenseAvailable Monday to Friday and SaturdaysSalary DetailsWage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience.How to ApplyInterested applicants, please submit both a cover letter and resume outlining why you are a good fit for this role to: bonnie@bluewatertailers.com
