Job Description

Store ManagerMo’Cha Bubble TeaFull-time, PermanentMo’Cha Bubble Tea is a homegrown Canadian bubble tea chain that specializes in innovative premium bubble tea. We are fast-growing and are on the lookout for candidates who bring passion and energy to the position, with an ambition to grow their career with us in the long run. We believe bubble tea is not just a beverage but a whole lifestyle and we want you to join our lifestyle movement.*The position is a full-time permanent position. The store manager’s primary purpose is to lead the team and manage every aspect of the retail business to ensure steady profit growth. We believe that the store manager is the heart of the store and we are looking for someone who has the entrepreneurial spirit to lead the store.Responsibilities included but not limited to.

  • Own all aspects of retail operations, including customer satisfaction, sales, budgets, and overall financial performance of the store
  • Manage labor costs through effective scheduling and floor management
  • Recruit, develop, train, and motivate a team of barista and shift leads. Maintain a healthy rooster of staff in accordance to need.
  • Responsible for the proper flow of store inventory by ensuring the inventory counts are done in a prompt and precise manner and ordering the appropriate amount of inventory.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to our customers and cultivate loyal fan customers
  • Communicate and work closely with the management team to make sure there is no gap in communication.
  • Ensures food safety standards are executed to provide high quality, safe drinks for customers
  • Completes other duties as assigned and required to meet the needs of the business
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum of 1-year store leadership experience or 2 years assisting store leaderships in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent team management ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet.
  • Openness to learning and willingness to work hard for the better of the company.
  • A can-do attitude and organized personality.
  • Flexibility in location- could be transferred to different locations for growth.
  • Multilingual capabilities (Chinese/Cantonese is a plus)
