Job DescriptionReporting to the Manager of Emergency and Diagnostic Imaging Services and with the supervision and support of a licensed physician, the Physician Assistant will play an active role in evaluating, examining and devising treatment plans for patients in the Hospital Emergency Department as per the policy on delegation laid out by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. In addition, the Physician Assistant will be responsible for following up on any abnormal blood work, cultures and diagnostic imaging results, and will participate in attending the ED committee meetings.Status: Temporary, Full-TimeDepartment: Emergency DepartmentShift:Days (37.5 hours per week)Language: Bilingualism (Frenchamp; English) is requiredSalary: $52.83- $55.52 per hour
