We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who’s eager to grow with us and ready to lead by example.About the Role: As an Evening Facilities Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our facilities, training new staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during evening operations.Schedule:

• Evening shifts start at 5:00 PM.
• Weekday and weekend availability required.

Requirements:

• A valid G-class driver’s license
• Access to a personal vehicle with insurance (vehicle allowance provided)
• A clean criminal record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous cleaning experience and supervisory or management experience are mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning duties according to company standards and schedules.
• Train and support new employees to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure proper use and safe storage of products.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.
• Manage keys, security codes, and access protocols.

• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, vacuuming, etc.).
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and following cleaning protocols.
