About the JobBINX Professional Cleaning requires an Evening Supervisor to join our amazing team. If you are a PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN CUT and ENERGETIC person with an eye for detail and always have a smile on your face this position is for you!We are looking for an individual to grow with our company that has aquot;Go-Getter quot; attitude and work ethic. So if you think this may be what you #39;re looking for and you #39;re ready to make your work life awesome, shoot us your resume!You MUST have a valid G driver #39;s license and your own vehicle with your own insurance which would then allow us to be able to add you to our company vehicle insurance. We have annual shoe and uniform allowances.The job involves but is not limited:

  • Perform cleaning tasks as per schedule.
  • Train new employees.
  • Work with other staff to ensure cleaning is maintained with Binx standards.
  • Maintaining upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products and addressing repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
  • Able to work independently and work well with others.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous cleaning experience is a must.
  • Management/Supervisory experience is a must.
Expectations are as follows:
  • Responsible for keys and codes.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a partner or as a team.
  • Must be reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to your job and duties.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work schedules or routines.
  • Time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to follow a schedule.
  • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.
  • General knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for cleaning.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
  • Flexible working hours.
Wage: TBD - depending on experience.
