A sales-and service-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Broker, ready to thrive in a vibrant and supportive setting. This role is ideal for those eager to move beyond traditional brokerage frameworks and contribute to a team that #39;s redefining industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Review client renewals to ensure we have provided the most comprehensive and competitive offer
• Drive sales through cross-selling existing clientsamp; referrals
• Foster and maintain client relationships, providing counsel on coverage and policy details
• Deeply understand various insurance providers’ underwriting rules, product featuresamp; benefits
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver unmatched customer service
• Work with the Service and Sales teams to develop workflows and procedures that enhance customer experience and improve retention
• Upsell appropriate coverages and products based on clients’ needs
• Problem–solve client issues

What You Bring:

• Valuable experience in personal insurance (min. 2 years in Personal Insurance required)
• Strong sales and service aptitudes
• RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) license
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and prioritisation skills
• Commitment to accuracy and detail
• Strong team collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savviness and adaptability to a paperless workplace

RequirementsCareer Requirements:

• Prior Personal Insurance experience (min. 2 years)
• Knowledge of computer applications: Proficiency with The Agency Manager (TAM), Applied Rating Services are an asset
• RIBO or OTL Licensed
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter, able to work in an unsupervised environment
• Driven by excellent client service
• Strong multi-tasking skills
