As a BDR you are the starting point for making customer first impressions to Fully Managed. A dynamic personality is key, and the drive to reach decision makers is essential.This is a very important role in our sales process, and we are looking for people with the right DNA. The BDR is an organized individual that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment as well as an operational specialist that oversees daily projects and activities with the company. We encourage our BDR’s to bring your ideas and suggestions that transform and evolve our business and be a strategic contributor to our business success.The Main Business Objectives will include identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. To assist the sales organization in working with our key software vendor relationships, creating and executing / pursuing sales leads and prospective clients in the Enterprise client space. In addition, the following key objectives are focus points:Contribute to the overall sales growth through new clientsFacilitate interaction between Customers, ServiceNow and Fully ManagedFind/create incremental business opportunities with Fully Managed’s portfolio of offeringsKey areas of responsibility:60-80 calls per day consistently into target accountsMust be able to prospect daily for new opportunitiesSchedule approximately 3-7 appointments per week for Account ExecutivesFollow up with inbound leads to assure satisfaction and respond to queriesQuickly identify opportunities through proper qualifying and analyzing customer needsDrive attendance to webinars and eventsMaintain accurate records of contacts, activities, and results in company CRM systemFollow up on marketing campaignsAbility to adapt to change call approach to achieve resultsMaintain partnership with outside sales teamActively participate in weekly sales meetingsParticipate in sales training and sales support groupEnsure all documentation is properly maintained and updated in a timelyQuickly identify and move non-sales inquiries to other areas of the companyAttend monthly Networking Events and Network as identifiedSkill and knowledge requirementsWe’re flexible but these are a must:Winning Attitude!! A DRIVE to be the BEST!…and a love of being on the phoneProven track record of over-achievement against metricsEffective organizational and data entry skillsProven ability to achieve/exceed sales quotasPrevious telephone experience and familiar with booking meetings with decision makersStrong ability to make a quick connection, articulate value and secure commitmentMinimum of 1 year of demonstrated telephone sales experience, preferably qualifying opportunities in SMB accountsDetail oriented and self-starter who can maintain call rate to achieve call time and contact objectives Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presenceExcellent time management and organization skillsPC literate-proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and CRM toolsTeam player with high energy, positive, “customer” friendly attitudeInternet and social networking skills an assetInterestedWe invite all qualified candidates to apply.
