Established in 2009, reactive health is a busy, growing, multi-disciplinary clinic with six locations spanning across Prince Edward Island servicing all major communities. We are looking for a skilled, passionate, energetic administrative leader to join our team.The successful candidate will:· Display strong attention to detail· Embody a strong and dedicated work ethic· Show excellent organization, time management and decision making skills· Display an ability to think and make decisions independently and work effectively as a team· Exceptional written skills· Excellent verbal communication skills to provide a high quality patient experience· Experience in multitasking, efficiently prioritizing demands to excel in a high-paced environment· Positive attitude with leadership skills to improve team productivity· Be proficient with computers and experience with appointment scheduling softwareMinimum Qualifications:· Completion of Administrative Assistant/Medical office course· 1-2+ years experience working in an office setting required.· Knowledge and understanding of various computer programs, insurance portals and software systems· Experience working in a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting a strong asset.· Previous experience in a management/administrative role an assetResponsibilities:· Work directly with Clinical Director and multi disciplinary team· Managing the day-to-day activities of the clinic by providing administrative duties such as: scheduling appointments, answering telephones, scanning, faxing, mailing, etc.· Greeting patients in a clean, friendly environment and providing information on services offered· Ensuring confidentiality of patient records and medical information· Communicate with insurance companies adjustors and case managers· Maintaining accurate files & patient records, consent forms· Processing payments, balance end of day transaction reports and collection of all outstanding accounts· Implement protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity· Be responsible for managing inventory reports and ordering products· Follow all reporting requirements for third party vendors – WCB, MVA, LTD claims.· Laundry and cleaning dutiesApplication deadline: 2021-11-01Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
