Job Description

Role Proposition:Are you a certified Child Caregiver who loves to share the stoke with everyone, young and old We are looking to recruit Full-Time Child Caregivers for the Winter 2022-23 season and beyond! One of the best features of our Resort is our excellent childcare centre, located at the base of the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts. You will work alongside a welcoming team and have 3 mountains to play on!   • Caregiving to children aged 3 to 5 years of age
  • Participate in children’s meal planning and meal preparation
  • Plan fun and engaging activities and learning opportunities for various children ages
  • Being able to assist children with getting ready for ski/snowboard lessons
  • Administration duties as required, including – Children Check-In and attendance, cash handling, telephone and email correspondences and taking bookings
  • Other duties as required by the Daycare Coordinator
Ideal Candidate:
  • Completion of a minimum of 20 hours in child-related courses: Child Development, Guidance, Health & Safety and Nutrition
  • Valid Level 1 First Aid
  • Previous work experience in a childcare facility or working directly with children
  • Must submit or provide a current Criminal Record Check
