The F&B Supervisor is the main support to the Food & Beverage Manager (Mantle’s Restaurant & Lounge / Morrisey’s Public House / Banquets) and is positioned to gain exemplary understanding of F&B operations. This knowledge will provide strength to the successful candidates’ professional experience opening up opportunities of advancement internally and externally throughout the Tourism / Hospitality industry.ACCOUNTABILITIESOversees the F&B operations and ensures established SPG Standards of Service are executed in a processional and consistent mannerSupervises the food orders and delivery of serviceTakes note of opportunities to improve processes and remove barriers that weaken guest experienceChampions guest resolutionInteracts with guests throughout the duration of their dining experienceDrives customer loyalty through guest interactions and feedback from guests.Provides ongoing suggested operational improvements to the F&B ManagerAssists in the ongoing training of the Bartenders, Servers and Jr Servers finding opportunities of coaching and further skill development for all team membersProvides the F&B Managers timely feedback on F&B team members performance and readiness for advancement opportunitiesIdeal Candidate:1-2 Years supervisory experienceServing it Right CertificationMicros POS system experienceExcellent food and wine knowledgeAbility to work as a team as well as independentlyStrong attention to detailAbility to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment, creating an innovative culturePassion for guest service and the proven ability for consistently anticipating guest needsExcellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
