Job Description

Job Title: Traveling Bridge SuperintendentSalary: $110,000 - $150,000 Base SalaryBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package, 401k, truck allowance, travel and housing costs coveredPosition Overview: We are seeking a Traveling Bridge Superintendent with a minimum of 10 years of bridge construction supervision experience. The successful candidate will oversee bridge projects across multiple locations, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead project teams on bridge construction sites.
  • Coordinate activities with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control measures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in bridge construction, with a focus on supervisory roles.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of construction regulations and safety practices.
  • Strong experience with large transportation projects
  • Experience with USACE, DOT, etc is helpful
