Your role will involve guiding clients through the complexities of real estate deals, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and handling disputes that arise in the property sector.Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leasing, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate.
  • Conduct due diligence and property investigations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation involving real estate disputes.
  • Provide legal counsel on zoning laws, land use, and property tax matters.
  • Manage the closing process for real estate transactions, including coordinating with other professionals such as real estate agents and lenders.
  • Stay informed on current developments and changes in real estate law to provide up-to-date legal advice.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, property law, and related legal processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
