We seek a motivated and reliable team member who thrives on responsibility and teamwork. This role is more than just driving, it #39;s about contributing to a collaborative environment where your dedication directly impacts our success.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Overtime: Required when necessary, including short-notice assignments
• Communication: Strong communication skills are essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety regulations relevant to your role.
• Maintain the integrity of products during transit.
• Keep your company vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Represent Cascadia professionally to our customers.
• Resolve any daily operational issues efficiently.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders professionally.
• Complete standard drivers #39; daily logbooks as required.
• Handle paperwork for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Perform pre-trip inspections on your vehicle.
• Only undertake daily trips, no overnight travel.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the overall upkeep of the property.

Requirementsamp; Qualifications:

• A valid Class 5 license is required; a Class 3 license is preferred for cross-training opportunities.
• Submit a clean driver #39;s abstract.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
