Job Description

Focus BC is a promotional advertising and business consulting firm located in Surrey. We specialize in developing marketing strategies specifically tailored to appeal to our client’s customers. Our mission is to create an unforgettable customer experience, which requires our staff to be exceptional active listeners who are able to cultivate trust and understanding with each customer. Job Duties:

  • Quickly and thoroughly learn marketing portfolio of clients.
  • Deliver personalized product and service recommendations with the customer #39;s wants and needs at the forefront
  • Manage consumer and client relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared
  • Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essential
