Job Description

Scaffolder and Flagger Build safely, direct traffic clearly, and keep the site secure.Were hiring skilled Scaffolders and Flaggers on behalf of our client in the construction industry. If you have expertise in either area and a strong focus on safety, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities As a Scaffolder:

  • Erect and dismantle tube or system scaffolds according to project plans
  • Ensure platforms are level, secure, and properly tagged for safe use
  • Pass up materials efficiently and maintain clear, tidy work areas
  • Inspect scaffolding gear daily and report any damage immediately
As a Flagger:
  • Set up cones, signs, and barriers to direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely
  • Use stop/slow paddles and clear hand signals to control traffic flow
  • Stay alert to maintain safety for crews, drivers, and pedestrians
  • Clean and secure the work zone after tasks are complete
Qualifications
  • Scaffolders: Minimum 1 year experience on commercial scaffolds; Fall Protection ticket or willingness to obtain one
  • Flaggers: Valid traffic control certificate or readiness to complete required training
  • Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, or stand for extended periods
  • Full PPE required: hard hat, steel-toe boots, high-visibility vest, gloves, eye and ear protection
  • Reliable, safety-first mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
Compensationamp; Schedule
  • Starting at $24/hour for Scaffolders and $22/hour for Flaggers, with higher rates for experienced workers or dual-skilled candidates
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift
  • Weekend or night shifts may be required based on project demands
