Job Description

About the Job:T.K. Graphics, a Surrey-based print house, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) that have an aptitude for learning and is interested in working and growing within the printing industry. We work incredibly hard to provide quality products and services. But eventually, it is our exceptional support that creates a lasting impression.Roleamp; Responsibilities:

  • The Customer Service Representative will work together with the sales, pre-pressamp; production team to serve our customers by understanding their expectations and then communicating and coordinating to achieve the desired outcome.
  • The CSR will primarily be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction by efficiently managing: response to requests for pricing, job entry, implementing change orders, recording alterations, monitoring production and due dates, communicating with mid-management and preparing jobs for billing. CSR will be the primary point of contact for the work they manage.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortably and professionally interacting directly with customers and co-workers.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, while managing multiple tasks.
  • Work successfully in both a team environment and individually, with considerable self-direction.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to exceptionally manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Having a solid knowledge of computers, e-mail, MS Office, and Excel.
  • Professional telephone mannerism is a must.
  • Fluent in English (both verbalamp; written).
  • Enthusiasmamp; self-motivated.
