You #39;ll join a compassionate team, and manage a panel of patient, and see walk-in patients for additional billing opportunities if desired. Flexible hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm,Saturday – Sunday – Optional.Clinic Details : All our clinics are well designed layout for easy work-flow and equipped with state of the art equipment and technology. Clinics are located in high-traffic locations at Coquitlam, Delta,White Rock and Surrey in the metro Vancouver area. All clinics have convenient free parking, near stores, restaurants and the hospitals. Join a growing practice with a team of dedicated family physicians and staff on place. One of our clinics awarded with accreditation for Pain Management. Technology : The clinic uses Telus Med Access EMR, with built in customized templates that enable the team to work effectively and efficiently. All process like online booking,billing, accounting,inventory/purchase are handled using small application that makes a paperless office. We believe in leveraging technology to drive progress and achieve our goals.Compensation Details: The new Longitudinal Payment Model (LFP) offers an attractive, blended compensation structure. You #39;ll be rewarded for your hours worked, patient interactions, and receive an annual panel payment per patient. With this innovative LFP model, a full-time physician can earn between $450,000 and $550,000, based on an 80/20 split arrangement. Additional perks include private fee, incentives such as relocation assistance, a signing bonus, and extended health benefits—all available to incoming physicians.Requirements:

• Postgraduate training in medicine from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or USA.
• Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
• Membership from Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
