In collaboration with the Director of Operations, develop and execute an annual Operational Plan that meets strategic and operational goals, and continuous improvement opportunitiesc. Mentor staff and manage business functions including overseeing team’s commitment to:i. Excellent client and customer standardsii. Maintaining relevant industry and other standardsiii. Understanding needs and maximizing client and customer outcomesd. Work collaboratively with the VP, Finance to ensure accounting procedures and financial risk management controls are monitored and reviewed in line with industry practice and recommend appropriate enhancements to the Directorb. Manage service provider contracts for Business Operationsc. Coordinate preparation of the capital and operation budget process and monitor activity throughout the year to ensure capital and operating expense are controlled according to the budgeted pland.
