Job Description

BOLT Wireless, a trusted TELUS authorized partner, is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join its in-store sales team. Whether you have previous sales experience or are new to the field and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in retail and telecommunications.Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Promote and sell TELUS products and services including mobile plans, home security, internet, and calling features
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers for follow-up, retention, and promotional opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
  • Stay updated on the latest product features and promotions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging retail environment
What Were Looking For
  • A strong interest in sales, with the drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an asset but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Students eligible to work under their study permit are welcome to apply
