We aim to exceed expectations on every project, fostering lasting relationships through unparalleled attention to detail and personalized service.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper with strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and administrative experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and support the company #39;s overall financial health while handling administrative responsibilities.Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions using QuickBooks Online.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Organize and maintain physical accounting files.
  • Collaborate with external accountants during tax preparation and audits.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
  • Liaise with managers to ensure the integrity and accuracy of scheduling data in the payroll system.
Additionally, the role includes other administrative tasks, such as:
  • Answering phones and greeting office guests.
  • Tracking and restocking office supply inventory.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Optional: Relevant certifications such as Certified Bookkeeper or QuickBooks certifications are a bonus.
