This organization is poised for significant growth and this role will have a key role to play in the next level of success.The Manager, Credit will be responsible for enhancing credit policy, procedures and processes from origination to approval as well as the management of the quality of the portfolio, approving and rejecting loans on sound credit principals, credit structuring, ensuring appropriate security, monitoring covenants and reporting to the Executive Team and the Board. Overseeing a team of five, the Manager, Credit will provide training and technical advice to the credit team, facilitating growth and contributing to goals and vision for the organization.Job Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related field• 7-10 years experience in a commercial lending with minimum of 2 years retail mortgage lending experience with management responsibilities.• Knowledge of commercial and retail lending policies, procedures and statutory regulations.• Experience developing underwriting policies and establishing quality standards.• Knowledge of collection procedures and current business practice laws.If you are looking for the opportunity to truly make a difference - this could be the role for you.Please quote job number 05150-0012304067 if you would like further information on this exciting opportunity.
