Projectamp; Campaign Juggler

• Keep marketing projects and campaigns running smoothly and on time
• Lead timelines, task coordination, and follow-ups (you love a good checklist)
• Work closely with designers, vendors, store managers, and other teams to keep everyone in sync
• Help run our weekly focus meetings and creative check-ins — you’ll be the glue that holds it all together

Automationamp; Email Extraordinaire

• Build and test automated email campaigns (don’t worry — we’ll show you the tools if they’re new to you!)
• Manage who gets what, when, and why — all through our marketing automation platform (Dotdigital)
• Own the logic, segments, and content flow in our email ecosystem

Eventsamp; Community Connector

• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and troubleshooting (Calendly and Alivio are your friends)
• Help make sure events are promoted and followed up on properly

Internalamp; External Communications Champion

• Be the go-to person for campaign updates and project communications
• Keep everyone in the loop — from team members to store staff to outside partners

Signageamp; Store Launch Rockstar

• Own our in-store signage projects — working with vendors, design, and operations to get everything where it needs to be
• Manage the marketing to-dos for new store openings like a boss

Paid Media Wrangler

• Book and coordinate newspaper ads (yes, people still read them!)
• Track and submit invoices

Retail Store Support Hero

• Help track marketing collateral and store ETA requests
• Keep things organized and delegate support tasks across the marketing team
