DescriptionThe Ideal Candidate- Board Certified/Board Eligible MD or DO- Experience in standard adult outpatient care- Excited to collaborate with other physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians and Licensed Clinical Social Workers as we work to expand and integrate local Behavioral Health services into our Primary Care clinicsThe Practice- Cohesive, well-connected team who have a passion for serving these patients- 60% Outpatient practice; 40% Primary Care Integrated Behavioral Health- Comprehensive and patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings- Consults for Inpatient Service and Emergency Department as needed- Working with/Supervising LCSWs in Outpatient clinics- Team includes 7 Physicians, 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians, 1 Psychologist- Epic EHRBenefits- Guaranteed first-year income: $323,018- Employment Bonus- Relocation stipend based on miles between locations- Education Loan Reimbursement program (if applicable and eligible)- Robust Clinician Wellness Program- CME: up to $3,300 per calendar year for CME and/or professional dues/fees (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for lower FTE)- Comprehensive Benefit package including Medical /Dental / Vision / Disability / Life / Wellness / RetirementBellingham, WA is the perfect blend of endless outdoor recreation, urban living, strong schools, great shoppingamp; cuisine, and so much more!
