Brown Eagle Painting Ltd located at #44-14433 60 Ave, Surrey BC V3S1R4, has an immediate vacancy for theposition of Painter.Position details are as follows:Job Title: PainterNumber of Vacancies: 1Location of work: Job requires onsite at various job sites within the lower mainland with a base at #44-1443360 Ave, Surrey BC V3S1R4.Job Type: Full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week.Compensation: $25.00/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.Benefits: As per BC employment standardsKey duties:. Determine the quantity of the material required.. Make on-site preparation by erecting scaffolding and ladders, covering surfaces with cloth ormasking tapes as necessary. Prepare and clean the painting surface area by sanding, scraping, and removing old paint. Fill cracks, holes, and joints with the appropriate material. Prepare paint and other material as per the desired color and texture. Apply paint or other material such as stain, primer, sealer, lacquer, and other finishes on surfaces. Follow appropriate guidelines for the spraying/painting process, utilizing all tools necessary,dependent on the type of material being used.. Review finished work to ensure accuracy and quality of work. Ensure all safety measures are being met at the worksiteJob Requirements:. Education: Completion of High School.
