ABOUT OUR CLIENTOur client is a national general contractor that specializes in delivering comprehensive E.P.C/design build and construction services tailored to diverse industrial, First Nations, municipal, and institutional sectors. They operate throughout BC and Ontario. Projects that they have worked on include Wastewater Treatment plants, Pump Stations, Manufacturing and Healthcare facilities. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYA fantastic opportunity to work with an experienced team of Estimators and Project Managers while continuing to develop your project coordination skills. Work on a variety of projects including industrial, institutional, wastewater treatment and more. ABOUT THE POSITIONYou will be working out of the Surrey office and expected to visit sites on a weekly basis. Office hours are 7:30am - 4:00 pm Your duties will include the following: Maintain contract documentation.Support estimating and assist with the preparation of budgets and schedules.Support the Project Manager to ensure that a profit is made on the project, that work is performed as per the contract documents and that the project is completed with outstanding quality.Ensure that the jobsite is a safe workplace.Maintain correspondence with owner, architect, engineers, sub-trades and suppliers.Develop relationships with current and prospective clients, consultants, realtors and developers.Attend site meetings and assist in the completion of project deficiencies.THE REQUIREMENTSExperience working with a general contractor.1-3 years experience as a Project CoordinatorProficient using Procure, Traqspera, Trimble and Spectrum an advantage.Field experience Experience working on wastewater treatment, institutional and industrial projects an assetCOMPENSATION$70,000 - $90,000 depending on experienceRRSP matching 4%BonusesFull benefit package2-4 weeks vacationHOW TO APPLYPlease apply directly to this posting with the most recent version of your resume.
