A Day in the Life With a focus on prevention, the Safety Manager oversees the formal Occupational Health and Safety program at our locations in Canada.This position ensures compliance with all regulatory and legislative bodies and exercises due diligence measures with regards to safety in the workplace.The People Experience department is a small team with a big reach as the focus is on creating exceptional employee experience.Safety at NRI is a huge part of this employee focus, with the expectation of high levels of proactiveness to ensure employees are safe within our working environment. What does success look like in this role The ideal individual must have the ability to manage the overall environmental health and safety program along with the training and development of all NRI employees.
