Job Description

Amur Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join their growing marketing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement and analyze complex SEO campaigns.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
  • Technical SEO Audits: Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance, crawlability, and indexability.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content, blog posts, and other digital assets to ensure they align with SEO best practices.
  • Link Building: Develop and manage white-hat link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search engine visibility.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
  • Communication: Good presentation skills to present SEO strategies, progress reports, and performance metrics, addressing any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successfully improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
  • 3+ years of experience in an SEO Expert or SEO Professional role
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Webmaster Tools, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, HTML, CSS, and website management etc
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication skills
Salary:The annual base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 - $75,000.
  • AFG determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, skills, and business needs. In addition to base salary, AFG offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, RRSP match, and more.
