Job Description

Commissionaires BC has an exciting opportunity for a security supervisor to join our team at the RCMP E-Division building in SurreyThe position will see you leading a team across the site, where we provide 24/7 security services. You will be working closely with our RCMP client, providing support on security services, reporting and administration.The role will see you working Monday to Friday daytimes with an hourly wage between $23.50 to $24.25 per hourYour Must-Haves…

  • BC Security License
  • Currently hold a RCMP Reliability clearance or the ability to obtain one (must be citizen/hold PR and have been living in Canada for 5 or more years)
  • OFA 1 Certificate
  • Class 5 BC Drivers Licence and clean drivers abstract
  • Proven supervisory experience of 3-5 years
Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Ensure team maintains an exceptional standard of conduct, dress and deportment
  • Maintain an impeccable level of service and professionalism on this high-profile site
  • Liaise with the client to ensure their instructions are carried out as per written policy
  • Processing of fingerprinting for clearance applicants
  • Provide regular reports to head office and client regarding KPIsamp; coverage
  • Provide accurate invoicing and billing to the client
  • Maintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety, Risk, and Quality Assurance assessments, security policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain all staff training and certification in lines with site regulations
  • Ensure compliance of all equipment per site requirements across all regions
  • Coordinate all new staff training
  • Team leadership, addressing any staff performance issues
  • Act as point of contact in event of any emergencies on-site
