Job Description

On behalf of our Healthcare client based in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is seeking an Senior Business Analyst with experience working in large health care organizations to join our client #39;s team on a contract basis.Summary of the Role:The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the delivery of remote patient monitoring (RPM) solutions within the Virtual Health Technologies portfolio.

  • Process mapping and analysis.
  • Requirements gathering including strong stakeholder engagement, rigorous methodical documentation.
  • Support with solution design.
  • Change management including assisting in the change management strategy that includes writing change management documents, creating training documents and videos, training end users, and supporting the team with change management activities.
  • Understanding and utilization of performance measurement tools (defining KPIs, continuous improvement methods).
  • Knowledge of technical integrations, architecture and HI system design.
  • Assistamp; support with usability analysis and benefits realization plan (if required).
  • Participate in testing if required.
Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
  • Experience in BC health care preferred.
  • Experience working on large health care integration initiatives/projects preferred.
  • Experience in Fraser Health Authority preferred.
  • Experience with Change Management preferred.
  • Experience with training clinical end users preferred.
  • Familiarity using the clinical systems Meditech, PARISamp; Profile preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the role of Business Analyst required.
