In this role, you will be managing a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialists. Highly organized and enjoy leading multiple priorities at the same time You have a passion for leading and developing people, and have 2 or more years of leadership experience A full cycle recruitment expert, you have many years of doing that under your belt You like numbers and people! You #39;re analytical and have a keen eye for details. You can pull, analyze and share data in a meaningful way. Building relationships also comes naturally to you Previous experience with an applicant tracking experience is required (Dayforce preferred) A Degree in Human Resources, business or a related field, or equivalent experienceOnce here, you #39;ll:Build trusting relationships with hiring managers to understand and support their current and future hiring needs Partner with our 3rd party vendors (i.e. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) to manage service expectations and stay current on new updates and product releases Assist with requisition load planning and distribution of roles to team members Share your expertise and knowledge as you, lead, coach and develop junior team members Manage recruitment technology and ensure processes are configured within system and regular updates occur when necessary Proactively seek Talent Acquisition best practices and trends and recommend innovative improvements to programs, processes, and initiativesWant to get to know each other better Send your resume our way.You belong here We strive to be much more than a great place to work.
